Melinda Fellner Bramwit, Of Counsel to the firm, concentrates her practice on tax matters. Melinda is experienced in all aspects of estate planning, including tax issues, litigation work, drafting and administration, as well as corporate tax planning, compliance and advising start-up businesses. Melinda has assisted clients in the structure of mergers and joint ventures, contract drafting and negotiation, research regarding various transactional tax issues including mergers, e-commerce and foreign tax issues, and tax planning for corporations and limited liability companies. She has also drafted tax opinions on various issues as well as operating agreements, in addition to tax planning regarding choice of entity and research regarding tax issues including reorganizations and exempt organizations.
