Ms. Thomson has held the position of Chief Operating Officer of NS8 Corporation and it?s subsidiaries since November 2004. Ms. Thomson is responsible for operations management, human resources functions, inter-departmental communication and coordination, establishment and enforcement of corporate policies/procedures and management of performance against established objectives. From March 2003 she held the position of Director of Operations and Human Resources. From December 2002 to March 2003, Ms. Thomson held the position of Operations and Human Resources Manager for the Canadian subsidiary, Canonline Media Corporation. From August 2000 to January 2002, Ms. Thomson worked in the Legal and Human Resources Departments of Novus Telecom Group, Inc., a service provider of cable and high-speed internet, located in Vancouver, British Columbia. Ms. Thomson was a major contributor to the growth of Novus from start up to operational maturity. Prior to Novus, Ms. Thomson was employed in Vancouver by Fraser Milner Casgrain, LLP, a large North American corporate law firm.
Ms. Thomson earned a Human Resource Management Certificate at the British Columbia Institute of Technology and also holds a Bachelor degree in Integrated Liberal and Business Studies from Simon Fraser University. |
