Melanie M. Lundquist is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of MuniMae. Ms. Lundquist joined the Company in March 2005, as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer. Ms. Lundquist is responsible for overseeing all elements of the Financial, Accounting, and Administrative functions within the company including Capital raising, Treasury, Financial Planning & Strategy, Accounting, Internal Audit, Information Technology and Human Resources. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Lundquist was Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller of The Rouse Company, a publicly traded REIT. Prior to joining the Rouse Company in 1991, Ms. Lundquist worked with KPMG, LLP. Ms Lundquist graduated from Towson University with a B.S. Degree in Accounting. |
