has served as Chairman of our board of directors since January 2000. Since December 2003, Mr. Jacobson serves as managing partner, Head of Corporate Finance, in Poalim Capital Markets, the investment banking arm of Bank Hapoalim (Israel's largest bank).
From the year 2000 and until September 2003, Mr. Jacobson has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Bridge Investment House Ltd., an Israeli investment banking firm. Prior to that time, Mr. Jacobson was the general manager of Nechasim M. I. Ltd., an Israeli governmental company established for the purpose of engaging in the privatization of banks in Israel.
Mr. Jacobson has a B.A. degree in Economics and Accounting from Tel-Aviv University
