Dr. Maya Heinert, FAAP, attended medical school at Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit and completed her medical training at Children's Hospital of Michigan. She is board certified in both pediatrics and pediatric emergency medicine. Dr Heinert has served with EPMG for 11 years, with leadership roles at Children's Hospital Central California, University Medical Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, and the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, Virginia. Dr. Heinert maintains an academic appointment with the University of California, San Francisco and is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Pediatrics at Children's Hospital Central California in the Department of Emergency Medicine. She resides in Sacramento with her husband and son. |
