Ms. Orenstein specializes in complex commercial and securities litigation, with a special focus in securities fraud defense. She has successfully defended public companies and their officers and directors against securities laws class actions and shareholder derivative suits. Additionally, Ms. Orenstein counsels clients on a wide variety of regulatory issues in the general corporate and securities areas.
