Max R. Shulman is a partner in the Firm’s Litigation Department. Bud recently represented clients in major securities fraud, antitrust, insurance coverage and merger and acquisition litigation. He also successfully represented the Governor of the State of New York in litigation with the State Legislature over control of the State’s annual budget process.
Bud was born in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He joined Cravath in 1973 and became a partner in 1979.
