As Deputy Director, Max Hall is responsible for supporting the marketing, performance, staffing, and administration of SRA's work across federal civilian agencies. Clients include the Departments of Energy, Health and Human Services, Justice, Interior, Labor, and Veterans Affairs; U.S. Agency for International Development; Environmental Protection Agency; Federal Aviation Administration; Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation; Government Accountability Office; Internal Revenue Service; National Archives and Records Administration; U.S. Mint; Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts; Small Business Administration; and the Office of Personnel Management. SRA's Civil Sector provides management consulting, program management, and information technology solutions to assist clients in achieving their missions.
He previously served as the Deputy Director of the Command and Control, Communications and Intelligence (C3I) Sector, and prior to that as its technical director. Hall managed the Security and Systems Engineering Solutions strategic business unit within the C3I Sector, and served as the project manager for the Drug Enforcement Administration Firebird Program.
Since joining SRA in 1992, Hall has supported a number of clients, including the Pentagon Renovation Program, the Federal Emergency Management Agency, the Federal Aviation Agency, the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), and other classified programs.
Prior to joining SRA, Hall was an electronics and nuclear systems engineer for DISA. He served as an officer in the U.S. Army for 14 years.
