Mr. Kampelman is an attorney and is presently of counsel to Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson, of which he had been a partner. He served as Counselor of the Department of State and Head of the U.S. Delegation to negotiations on Nuclear and Space Arms with the Soviet Union from 1985 to 1989. Mr. Kampelman has served as a Director of Zenith National Insurance Corp. and Zenith Insurance Company since 1989. |
