Maury Poscover Biography :

Maury Poscover is a member of the Land Use Development and Financing and Business Practice Groups in the St. Louis, Missouri office of Husch & Eppenberger, LLC. He is a member of the Firm's Management Committee (former Chair 1987-96).

Maury represents commercial financial institutions assisting them in structuring secured, cash-flow and unsecured loans, developing strategies, handling financial restructurings, and providing advice on lender liability avoidance. Maury also provides counsel to numerous middle market companies and several multinational companies, serving their many needs, including mergers, acquisitions and disposition of their businesses.

Maury has been a speaker on commercial financial services issues, transactions, opinion letters, the relationships between inside and outside counsel and the business practice of law. Maury is listed in the 2007 edition of Best Lawyers in America® in the areas of Banking Law; Corporate Law; and Equipment Finance Law. In April 2003, Maury was honored as a Distinguished Alumni by Washington University School of Law. The annual award recognizes alumni for their professional achievements and contributions to the community and legal profession. In 2005 he was honored by the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association with the Chair's Award, recognizing his contributions to the Section.
