Mr. Amaro has been a member of TAM’s board of directors since December 2004. Mr. Amaro is the son of Mrs. Noemy Almeida Oliveira Amaro and holds the position of executive director of TEP. He is also currently a member of the board of directors of Aerosystem and TAM Marília and was appointed by TEP to its board of directors pursuant to the shareholders' agreement. Mr. Amaro has a degree in Business Administration and Aviation Administration from Broward Community College, located in Florida, United States of America.
