Maureen R. Hurley is a member of Seward & Kissel’s Investment Management Group. Ms. Hurley has been practicing law since joining the Firm in 1997 after having previously been a summer associate at the Firm.
Ms. Hurley specializes in the formation and ongoing representation of private investment vehicles (U.S. and offshore); the establishment of separate accounts; the structuring and registration of investment advisers, commodity pool operators and commodity trading advisors; and the representation of clients in related investment management matters.
Ms. Hurley received a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and a B.A. in Economics, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University. Ms. Hurley is admitted to practice law in New York. |
