Ms. McCaffrey has responsibility for Pharmacy, Member Services, Enrollment, Credentialing and Provider Operation departments. She has over 14 years experience in multiple settings in health care. She started as a retail pharmacist, then gained experience with a top pharmaceutical manufacturer in various roles including, sales & marketing and as a Managed Care Regional Account Executive in the New England area. For the past 4 years she has been at Health New England where she formerly served as Director of Pharmacy & Service Operations. Ms. McCaffrey received her Master of Business Administration, majoring in Healthcare Administration from Anna Maria College. She earned her pharmacy education at the University of Rhode Island where she was a recipient of the Rho Chi National Honor Society Award. She continues to enhance her education with participation in Executive Education programs at both The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and Babson College, in Massachusetts. She currently serves as a Mentorin the Babson Executive Women’s Leadership MBA program. |
