Matthias Lietsch has been with the Ferrostaal Group of Companies for 12 years and currently serves as Ferrostaal Incorporated’s Vice President of Finance & Administration and CFO. Prior to joining Ferrostaal Mr. Lietsch served in the German Armed Forces. He studied economics at the University of Goettingen, Germany, receiving the degree of Diplom-Kaufmann (MBA equivalent). After joining Ferrostaal Aktiengesellschaft, he was first assigned to the controlling of Ferrostaal’s subsidiaries and affiliates, internationally as well as domestically. After being assigned to Ferrostaal AG’s Board Member for Domestic Steel Trade as a personal assistant, among other duties, his controlling duties were shifted to steel trade. At the beginning of the calendar year 1996, Mr. Lietsch was delegated to Ferrostaal Incorporated’s administrative headquarters in Houston, Texas, and has served since then in various analytic and controlling related functions. |
