Matt Rocco is the Chief Operating Officer for Etech, Inc. He has over 22 years of call center operations experience having started as a telephone sales representative in 1984. Matt is a sixteen (16) year veteran of Dun and Bradstreet where he played a key role in the implementation of D&B’s first ever call center. He ultimately progressed to having responsibility for several of D&B’s call centers. Mr. Rocco is an alumnus of Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA where he lettered in both basketball and baseball serving as captain of the basketball team his senior year. He graduated from Dickinson with a BA in Economics and Accounting. In addition to his responsibility at Etech, Matt has served on the board of the Nacogdoches County Chamber of Commerce, the United Way of Nacogdoches County and the Melita International User Group. Presently, he serves as president for the Pineywoods Youth Football Association, is on the boards of the Nacogdoches Economic Development Council and the Nacogdoches County Band of Brothers, a Christian Men’s Service Organization. Matt is a member the Student Ministry Leadership Team at Grace Bible Church where he teaches Sunday school for high school students. Matt is married to his college sweetheart, April. They have three children, Nick (age 16), Matthew (age 12) and Lexie (age 11). |
