Matthew Mortimer is based in the London office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and is an associate in the firm's tax department. Matthew has significant experience of providing tax advice in a wide range of transactions, including securitisations, tax-based structured finance, CDOs, investment funds, derivatives, repos and stock-loans.
Matthew read law at Cambridge University and was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 1999. |
