Matt has a comprehensive transactional practice working as a member of the corporate group. He has represented the managing underwriters in connection with the initial and secondary public offerings of Titan Machinery Inc., Del Frisco's Restaurant Group and Everlast Worldwide, Inc. Matt regularly assists publicly held companies such as Archer-Daniels Midland Company, Gander Mountain Company and Fair Isaac Corporation with the preparation of SEC reports and proxy statements. He also has experience representing venture capital firms as well as private and public companies in buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Faegre & Benson, Matt worked as a contract analyst at Guy Carpenter & Company, one of the world's largest reinsurance intermediaries, where he drafted and reviewed reinsurance treaties for numerous lines of business.
