Dr. France is an Orthopedic Surgeon and Sports Medicine sub-specialist in private practice at the Arthroscopic Surgery & Sports Medicine Center in Morristown, NJ. He is Board Certified: Diplomate, American Board of Orthopedic Surgery; Diplomate, National Board of Medical Examiners. Dr. France has had multiple publications in peer review journals and has presented at conferences worldwide. Currently he serves as Sports Medicine Sub-Committee Chairman at Morristown Memorial Hospital. Dr. France completed his orthopedic surgery residency at UMDNJ - New Jersey Medical School and completed two fellowships: Arthroscopy and Sports Medicine Fellowship, University of California, San Diego; Shoulder & Elbow Fellowship, University of Washington.
