Matt Broad joined Boise Cascade Corporation in 1984 as counsel in the legal department. In 1989, he was promoted to associate general counsel responsible for the office products distribution division.In 1989, Mr. Broad was appointed corporate secretary of Boise Cascade Office Products Corporation. Mr. Broad transitioned into OfficeMax when it was acquired by Boise in 2003, and now serves as executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary.
Mr. Broad received a B.A. in business economics in 1981 from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a J.D. from Hastings College of Law in 1984. |
