Matthew Andrejkovics is a Vice President at Knox & Co., an investment banking firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and international financial advisory services. Mr. Andrejkovics joined Knox and Co. in March 2006.
Prior to joining Knox, Mr. Andrejkovics was a Senior Financial Analyst for the Global Foreign Exchange business at Bank of America. While at Bank of America, Mr. Andrejkovics managed the monthly reporting requirements of the business, as well as the currency option price verification process.
Prior to working at Bank of America, Mr. Andrejkovics worked for three years in the Assurance and Business Advisory division of Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC). While at PwC, Mr. Andrejkovics facilitated and managed numerous assurance engagements for large consumer product, industrial gas, insurance an real estate clients.
Mr. Andrejkovics received an undergraduate degree in business from the University of Hartford and a Masters in Science from the University of Connecticut.
Mr. Andrejkovics is a licensed CPA and is Series 7 and 63 certified.
