Mr. Bracy joined Settlement Capital in 2001 and is currently General Counsel. As head of the Legal Department, Mr. Bracy coordinates all legal activity of the company, including collections and litigation, and management of outside counsel. He also represents Settlement Capital in the negotiation and establishment of protocols that govern the company’s working relationship with insurance companies and in litigation regarding corporate matters. Mr. Bracy is a licensed Texas attorney with experience in litigation, business law and government relations. He has practiced both in-house as corporate counsel, as manager of government relations and as a partner/attorney in private practice. Mr. Bracy earned his BA from the University of California, Irvine and his JD from the University of Houston. |
