Mr. Ceres concentrates his practice on the acquisition of real property, the development of real property, and the sale and financing of both commercial and residential real property.
Mr. Ceres prepares and reviews the documentation necessary to secure commercial and residential land use development approvals from municipal, county, and state agencies. He performs in-depth legal research on issues related to the real property development approval process. Mr. Ceres conducts investigative research on development projects and prepares detailed and thorough reports on the status of those projects.
