Mr. Roberts had 10 years of institutional sales experience in public equities before joining Mallory Capital Group in 2006. He began his career on Wall Street with the Institutional Equity Sales department of Prudential Equity Group in 1996. In 1998, he was promoted to Vice President and joined the firm’s Atlanta office covering the Southeast’s largest pension funds, long-only asset managers and hedge funds. In 1999, he was asked to return to the New York office. Matt became a Senior Vice President in 2002. While in the New York office, Matt covered many of New York’s largest hedge fund managers including Moore Capital, Caxton Associates and Kingdon Capital.Mr. Roberts graduated from Lake Forest College with a B.A. in English and a minor in History. Matt lives in Darien, CT with his wife and son. |
