Matthew J. Lucco is an Associate with F.N.B. Capital Corporation. In this position, Lucco conducts in-depth research and analysis of private equity and investment opportunities, assists senior professionals in structuring, researching, and negotiating investments in target companies, and assists in the oversight of the internal operations of the company.
Prior to his employment with F.N.B. Capital Corporation, Lucco served as a Financial Analyst for F.N.B. Corporation, where he developed fluid financial models for use by the CFO in the assessment of various economic impacts on both corporate performance and the creation of shareholder value. He also developed and implemented robust relationship pricing models used to enhance profitability and analyzed comprehensive performance reports. Lucco has also served on due diligence teams and coordinated financial models with investment bankers on the analysis of corporate acquisition targets.
A high honors graduate of Grove City (PA) College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Lucco holds a Masters of Business Administration degree with emphasis in finance and strategy from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business. Prior to joining F.N.B. Corporation, he was a Credit Analyst at First National Bank of Slippery Rock. The Western Pennsylvania native lives in Cranberry Township, PA. |
