Mr. Matthew Browne is an experienced attorney who focuses his practice on banking law and regulations, commercial law, oil and gas law, and general corporate law. He handles issues ranging from customer account matters to bank compliance issues and loan transactions. Beginning in 1996, Mr. Browne was of counsel for Frederic Dorwart, Lawyers, continuing until he joined the firm in 2000. Prior to 1996, Mr. Browne worked as an associate at Holliman, Langholz, Runnels & Dorwart and as a sole practitioner focusing primarily on civil litigation. Mr. Browne is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and the Tulsa County Bar Association. He received his J.D., with honors, in 1991 from the University of Arkansas, where he was a member of the University of Arkansas Law Review and the honor society, Phi Kappa Phi. In 1975 he received his B.S. in Business from Centenary College in Louisiana. |
