Mr. Bove's practice focuses on real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing of commercial properties. Mr. Bove maintains a national commercial real estate practice. Using his extensive experience in the acquisition and disposition of multi-state property portfolios, he counsels developers, real estate investment trusts, and hotel owners and operators in the acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of office, retail and industrial property. Mr. Bove also represents landlords and tenants in office, retail, and industrial lease negotiations. Professional Activities Mr. Bove is a member of the Real Estate and Environmental Law sections of the State Bar of California and the San Francisco Planning and Urban Research Association. |
