Representation of a joint-venture that acquired, through merger, an international parking corporation and the subsequent disposition of a 120+ portfolio of fee and ground-leased assets in one-off and portfolio outsales
Assisting in the representation of a national private equity fund relating to, at the time, the largest retail sale leaseback in U.S. history
Assisting in the representation of the joint venture that acquired the 268-store Mervyn's department store chain from Target Corporation in connection with the initial acquisition and financing of the portfolio and various bulk dispositions
Assisting in the representation of the joint venture that acquired the designation rights to the Service Merchandise real estate portfolio pursuant to 11 U.S.C. Section 363, which representation included the initial acquisition and financing of the portfolio and subsequent sales and leases of same
Representation of a landlord-client in connection with lease to national restaurant tenant of approximately 25,000 sf of space in high-rise building in Philadelphia. |
