Matthew Kennedy has been associated with ERS Group since 1982 and is currently Director of ERS Group's Litigation Support Group. Mr. Kennedy has participated in the formation and direction of large-scale litigation support efforts for both federal court litigation and arbitration matters, and has extensive experience in the establishment and maintenance of satellite support facilities; the collection, organization and management of large document and data populations; the creation and supervision of case-specific support teams; and the coordination of case strategy and other related support efforts. Mr. Kennedy has directed support efforts for both employment equity matters and environmental/toxic tort claims. He received his Bachelors Degree from Oberlin College and his Masters Degree from New York University. |
