Practicing primarily in General Commercial and Construction Litigation
Mr. Addison practices primarily in the areas of general commercial and all types of litigation in the state and federal courts of both Nevada and California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. A substantial portion of his practice involves the defense of actions against major propane distribution companies. His practice also includes significant alternative dispute resolution experience with construction disputes in Nevada and California.
Mr. Addison worked for the firm as a law clerk in 1989 and 1990, became an associate in 1991, and became a partner in 1998. He has chaired the Firm’s Recruiting Committee for the Reno office and served on the Firm's Executive Committee. Mr. Addison is a life-long Nevadan with a deep commitment to both bar and community service.
