Matt Ready joined the executive staff of PLX Technology in November of 2005 as Vice President of Sales. Previously, Mr. Ready has held numerous sales and executive sales management positions at a number of Silicon Valley based manufacturers. During the 80's he held various sales and sales management roles at VLSI Technology, while in the 90's was VP of Sales at OPTi as they became the early leader in core logic chip sets and audio IC's. From 2000-2004 he was VP of Sales at Genesis Microchip where he grew sales from 50m to over 200m+ while positioning them as the leader in LCD display IC's. Prior to joining PLX Technology Mr. Ready was VP of Sales for a Bluetooth IC start up called Zeevo that was acquired by Broadcom in the first half of 2005. Mr. Ready holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from San Jose State University. |
