Matt MacKenzie is responsible for all legal and corporate governance matters as well as overseeing the company's corporate development activities, including strategic alliances and mergers and acquisitions. MacKenzie joined the company in 2000 and has served as the company's General Counsel since 2001. During 2005, MacKenzie also served as the company's interim Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining E2open, MacKenzie was an attorney in the firm Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he represented public and private technology companies primarily in the software, computer hardware and electronics, and information services sectors. MacKenzie specialized in the areas of corporate and securities law, including general corporate representations, venture capital financings, public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions. MacKenzie holds a B.A. and J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles. |
