Mrs. Sasaki is an associate in the Firm’s Corporate Group. Her legal practice focuses on the representation of lenders in connection with secured and unsecured financings in domestic and foreign transactions. Mrs. Sasaki’s work includes credit agreements, letters of credit and various other credit arrangements, specifically including financings secured by hedge fund interests, fine art, marketable securities, private equity interests and other types of collateral. Mrs. Sasaki’s practice also includes advising clients on corporate governance matters, securities regulatory matters and all aspects of public and private securities offerings including initial public offerings, high-yield debt securities, derivatives, venture capital and leveraged investments, spinoffs, restructurings, exchange offers and new financial products. Mrs. Sasaki is involved with a number of private charities, and her pro bono work includes Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts and the Legal Aid Society.
