Maryann joined Cybersettle in September 1999, and helped build and manage the sales force and company operations for several years. In her current role as Senior Vice President, her main focus is the planning and execution of new business initiatives to ensure the company’s future growth. She advises the CEO on matters related to key customers and works in conjunction with General Counsel and outside Counsel on legal matters. Maryann also manages global relationships and special projects as directed by the President/CEO. Maryann is a graduate of the University Of Notre Dame Law School and admitted to practice in the State of New York and before the Federal Courts. She began her career as an Assistant District Attorney in New York City rising in the ranks to become the Bureau Chief of the Major Offense Bureau prosecuting high profile cases.She was subsequently Staff Counsel Manager of a major Property Casualty Insurance Company in Manhattan. She has an in-depth understanding of the needs and issues facing insurance companies today as well as those of practicing attorneys, giving her a powerful perspective on both worlds.
