Dr. Stom, who is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology, has managed care, teaching, and clinical experience and achievements that span over 25 years. She is well-versed in the areas of medical artificial intelligence, quality management and credentialing, and regulatory compliance to name a few, and also specializes in financial strategic planning, market assessment, network development and business relationship negotiation.
Throughout her impressive career, Dr. Stom has served in a number of key roles in the health care industry, including her most recent post as Associate Medical Director and Independent Physician Advisor for AmeriChoice of PA. A proven leader and educator, Dr. Stom has also received numerous awards for teaching excellence.
Dr. Stom received her Bachelor of Science degree from Juniata College and her Medical Degree from Medical College of Pennsylvania. She completed her internship and residency in Internal Medicine at the Medical College of Pennsylvania and her Fellowship in Nephrology at the University of Pennsylvania. In addition, Dr. Stom received a Certificate of Medical Management from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler School of Business, where she was a Kron Scholar. |
