MJ Capodanno joined Centive as General Counsel in April of 2000, bringing with her over ten years of legal and business experience in the software and internet markets. As the General Counsel, Capodanno is responsible for overseeing the Company's product licensing, merger and acquisition activity, intellectual property and contracts and employment issues. Prior to joining Centive, Capodanno was Associate Counsel at Youthstream Media Networks, an industry leader in offline and online media, promotions and internet services targeted at young adults. Prior to Youthstream, Capodanno provided contract and software licensing consulting services to a variety of software and high technology companies. |
