Mary Gregoire's leadership talents and management experience encompass a broad range of professional responsibilities. An award-winning executive, Ms. Gregoire heads Francorp's project development team, which delivers cutting edge franchise programs to clients from a wide array of businesses and industries worldwide. She also plays a key leadership role in Francorp's corporate development, strategic planning and human resource management teams, establishing polices and procedures, capital and human resource allocations, and long and short term development goals. In addition, she serves as a Senior Consultant, counseling and advising clients on special projects. Prior to joining Francorp, Ms. Gregoire was the longtime Executive Director of the Olympia Fields Park District, an organization she led from a start-up to one that features three times the open space of the average park district nationwide. During her tenure, she created, developed and administered plans and programs that garnered national awards, grants and recognition for the District, including a prestigious architectural award. She is a founding member and former president of the South Suburban Special Recreation Association, a ten-member consortium that provides recreation services to individuals with disabilities. Ms. Gregoire earned a B.S. Degree from the University of Illinois, and has pursued postgraduate studies at the University of Illinois and at Indiana University. |
