Dr. Baker joined ERS Group in 1986 and is a Director focusing on labor issues. In addition to analyzing employment practices for litigation support and testifying as an expert witness in Federal courts and other judicial settings, she estimates the value of economic losses and designs programs to monitor employment practices for public and private organizations. She has presented papers before various professional groups including the Florida Bar Association and the American Association for Affirmative Action. She frequently speaks at seminars and workshops for labor/employment attorneys and human resource professionals on the topics of the uses of statistical analysis in employment discrimination cases, damage estimation techniques and preparation for Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) audits. Prior to joining ERS Group, Dr. Baker served as a member of the economics faculty at Auburn University at Montgomery. She has also served as an adjunct professor at Florida State University. |
