Ms. Doherty focuses on all aspects of business litigation matters, including cases involving securities laws, antitrust laws, corporations and partnership law, unfair business practices, restrictive covenants, employment discrimination laws, and other general business and corporate matters.
Ms. Doherty has significant litigation experience before federal and state courts, prosecuting and defending complex business litigation, including class actions, document intensive cases and preliminary and permanent injunction cases. She has extensive experience in writing and arguing dispositive motions, has taken and defended hundreds of depositions, and has tried cases both as the first and second chair litigator. |
