Mary Pat Welc Senior Vice President, Operations; joined RehabCare in 1996 as a Program Services Consultant. She is responsible for all hospital-based and outpatient rehabilitation. She holds a Master’s degree in Communication Disorders from Northern Illinois University and an ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency.
