Mary Kate leads the $68 million food service operation for the 12th largest school district in the country, serving 190,000 meals daily. She is ultimately responsible for all facets of the operation including purchasing, menus, food production, facility design/renovation, marketing, training, equipment maintenance and special programs. Mary Kate is Secretary/Treasurer of ASFSA, recipient of the FAME Gold Star Award and the prestigious IFMA Silver Plate Award in 2001. She actively supports the Hillsborough County Hunger Task Force and is Vice-Chair of the Tampa Bay Meals on Wheels Board. |
