Mary H. Bell has been a Director of the Corporation since 2006.
Ms. Bell has been a Vice President of Caterpillar Inc. the world’s leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment diesel and natural gas engines and industrial gas turbines and Chairman and President of Caterpillar Logistics Services Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of Caterpillar Inc. since 2004. Previously from 2002 to 2004 Ms. Bell was the General Manager of Caterpillar Distribution Services Logistics Division and from 2000 to 2002 she was the Dealer Capability Department Manager Product Support Division of Caterpillar Inc.
Ms. Bell received her B.S. degree in marketing from the University of Iowa and is a graduate of the University of Michigan’s Advanced Executive Program. |
