Since entering practice in 1978, Ms. Roche has concentrated in estate planning and estate administration, working with business owners and individuals including high net worth individuals on sophisticated estate planning, succession planning, and tax matters, related corporate, insurance matters and retirement planning. She has expertise in drafting complex documents, including various types of trust agreements, implementing estate plans and tax savings strategies. Her practice also includes trusts and estates administration, estate litigation and Surrogate Court practice. Ms. Roche is an experienced practitioner in the area of Elder Law representing individuals planning for long term care and government assistance. She has experience preparing Health Care Proxies and related advance directives as well as Living Wills, Powers of Attorney, Wills and Trusts. She also counsels in planning for the special needs beneficiary and serves as referral attorney for several eldercare associations and community agencies.
