Mary West joined Datalink in 2001 as vice president of human resources. Mary is responsible for overseeing all human resources and training functions.
With over 20 years of experience, Mary has worked for Fortune 500 companies as well as start-up firms in a wide range of industries from financial services to manufacturing. Before joining Datalink, Mary served as an independent consultant to a number of Minneapolis-based companies. Prior to that, she served in numerous senior management positions including senior vice president of human resources for Arcadia Financial, Ltd. and corporate administrative director for Nexus, Inc.
Mary earned a bachelor of science degree in management, communications and psychology and a master of arts degree in human resources and industrial relations from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. |
