Mary E. Simcox - Principal Current responsibility Mary is director of Defined Benefit Plan Outsourcing services for Milliman's New York Region Employee Benefits practice. Mary directs the group on issues pertaining to the development and implementation of retirement plan practices and service standards. Her responsibility is to assure quality in the delivery of all facets of retirement plan administration services. Mary joined the firm in 1990.Experience Mary has more than 20 years of experience as an employee benefit plan consultant. She has extensive operational and consulting experience providing clients with advice on the design, implementation, and ongoing administration of various types of retirement plans.
