Mary Schwind represents owners, contractors, subcontractors and design professionals in construction-related disputes. Mary works closely with clients to help them avoid disputes and resolve them as quickly and efficiently as possible. She has significant experience negotiating design and construction contracts and is a frequent presenter on construction-related topics to trade and bar associations.
