Marty Holmes CPC, is President of the Massachusetts division of Management Search, Inc.



MSI West Springfield, has built a strong Local and Regional client list. In addition to earning repeat business, his office is committed to New Business Development both Regionally and Nationally.



Over the past 17 years, Marty has continued to improve and upgrade MSI's Search Process. This dedication is measured by the results and success of his division.



Today, Marty's specialization is within the "vertical" markets of Manufacturing and Distribution. His belief is that MSI's Search Process does not discriminate; meaning once the Search Position is defined and agreed upon, the Search Process will yield results. Marty provides a very "hands on" approach towards running the office. He balances his time conducting searches for his clients and leading a team of consultants, closely overseeing their success.



Outside of work Marty enjoys running, golf, coaching youth Lacrosse and Basketball. Marty, and his wife Kathy have four children.
