Mr. Dresser is primarily responsible for special projects outside of NTS day-to-day business activities. These projects include supporting acquisitions, developing partnering relationships and agreements, preparing contracts, performing analyses of operations and sales, complex proposal writing, preparing outside presentations to customers and analysts, and negotiating supply contracts. Prior to his business development role, Mr. Dresser headed the NTS Software Testing Laboratory. He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, and the Association of Old Crows, IT Working Group. He holds a Ph.D., a Master's of Science in Engineering, and a Bachelor's of Science in Nuclear Engineering and a Master's of Science in Engineering Mechanics from the University of Michigan. He completed the Stanford Executive Program for Smaller Companies, and the Steven R. Covey Advanced Leadership Program. Mr. Dresser is also a National Science Foundation Trainee.
