As Executive Vice President Business Affairs Marty Jaffe is charged with leading corporate strategy and oversees a variety of departments including Human Resources Business Operations Corporate Development and Information Technology. Since joining Dolby in 2000 Marty has led efforts to prepare the company for future growth. During his tenure he has strengthened the company’s Corporate Communications Branding and Legal departments.
Before joining Dolby Marty was Vice President and CFO for the Chronicle Publishing Company where he oversaw its finance tax risk management benefits planning and information departments. He also held a number of other positions at Chronicle Publishing. Prior to that he was a tax manager at Arthur Andersen where Dolby was one of his clients. Marty is a certified public accountant and holds a BA degree in political and social behavior from Occidental College a JD degree from University of California Hastings College of Law and an MBA degree from the University of California Berkeley.
