Biography
Martin Roth, CPA, CNE has extensive experience in installing and implementing accounting and business computer systems. His niche is providing consulting services to small- and medium-sized businesses in the effective usage and implementation of accounting and networking software and hardware. He has extensive knowledge of AccPac International's line of accounting software, with a specialty in the manufacturing software Misys for Windows. Martin also has skill with QuickBooks accounting software and has successfully qualified as a QuickBooks Professional Advisor.
Another specialty of his is in the Novell networking line of products. The networking software includes File Server Software, E-mail, Internet, Remote Access and Disaster Planning.
Martin also serves on the Kemper CPA Group's Technology Committee that oversees computer policies and implementation within the firm. He has also been involved in setup and design of the Firm's computer networking and e-mail infrastructure for all locations.
Mr. Roth graduated from Southern Illinois University with a bachelor of science degree in accounting in 1991. Before joining Kemper CPA Group, Martin worked for Budget Rental Car Company from 1991 - 1993, where he was responsible for fleet asset accounting. He joined Kemper in 1993 where he completed his requirements for becoming a Certified Novell Engineer (CNE). Since then he has been instrumental in increasing the firm's implementation of AccPac Accounting software and Novell networking software.
