Mr. Murray, 38, was an audit manager with Richard A. Eisner & Co. prior to forming the partnership of Leeds & Murray. He has been providing accounting, auditing, tax and consulting services for clients from diverse industries including: health care and other professional services, manufacturing, textiles, entertainment, technology, transportation and real estate. He has assisted several companies with both public and private offerings, divestitures of segments, merger and acquisition issues, and compliance with regulatory agencies. He has been the discussion leader for several continuing education sessions. He holds an MBA with a specialization in taxation from Baruch College, where he also received his B.B.A in accounting.
